Thank you for shopping with ComfortWalk. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return policy carefully before placing an order.

Returns

Returns are accepted only within 40 calendar days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the original packaging with all tags attached.

  • The item must be in the exact condition it was received.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Returns that do not meet these criteria will not be accepted.

How to Request a Return

  1. Contact our customer support at support@comfortwalk.store within 40 days of receiving your order with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Returns must be authorized by ComfortWalk before shipping the item back. Unauthorized returns will be refused.

  3. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, and we recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed only after we receive and inspect the returned item and confirm it meets our return policy requirements.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after approval.

  • Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

  • Items returned outside the return window or in used/damaged condition will not receive a refund.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. To change size or product, please return your item following the above process and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at support@comfortwalk.store with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
